➊ Internal Shipping
Precautions
l Delivery Time of HCT Logistics : 09:00 to 19:00.
l Order will be delivered on Monday to Friday. If your order time is over the shipping time on the list,
it will be regarded as an order on the alternate day.
l Payment by ATM: Please provide your transfer information and your order will be shipped out after reconciling.
l Please make self-care clearance by phone when your order is shipped by HCT Logistics to facilitate contacting logistics personnel.
l To avoid the parcels returning, please pick up your parcels in 7-11 when you receive the message sent by 7-11 within 7 days.
l Please keep the integrity of the items (original tag, warranty card, packing, cartons, and receipt)
in the event of any faultiness in the product when you receive the parcels and contact our customer service immediately.
l After failing to deliver for 2 times and failing to contact for 3 days, or rejecting the delivery, we will cancel this order.
l In the event of any potential ill-purposed returns, order cancellations, or other actions considered inappropriate by
the membership website of SPUTNIK that causes inconvenience or damage to our website operations,
we reserve the right to decline any transactions or requests.
l If the parcels didn’t deliver on time, please report to us within 2 months or your complaint may not be accepted.
➋ Oversea Shipping
Precautions
l Due to the time-consuming of overseas shipping and complicated process of transnational refund,
we do not provide refunds for the overseas members.
l To avoid the parcels being rejected by the customs of the destination country,
overseas customers must abide by the import and restriction regulations of the country where the parcels are received
and check the relevant import regulations of each country before ordering.
l If the parcels are returned because the purchaser is not willing to pay the taxes or shipping fee for shipping,
the refunds will deduct the return freight and all taxes.
l If the parcels didn’t deliver on the scheduled date, please report to our customer service immediately.
l Reminder:If there is delivery failure for several times while failing to contact the recipient from customer service,
some delivery would not return the parcels and SPUTNIK would not provide the service of refunds.
l INVOICE:According to Business Tax of Taiwan, SPUTNIK would not issue a receipt.
