Return Policy

Return/Refund Policy

➊     There is a 7-day appreciation period but not trial period (from the day on which you receive the parcel) for orders made on SPUTNIK.

Should your order fit our return/refund policy, please keep the integrity of the items (original tag, warranty card, packing, cartons, and receipt) to make your return/refund.

➋     If the items are faulty or damaged due to shipping, please keep the integrity of the items and send the photos of

the missing or damaged parts of the items to us through message in your order within 7 days (from the day on which you receive the parcel).

【Definition of Faulty】:Abnormal conditions that seriously affect the use, such as large-scale damage or dirt, skewed patterns, etc.

Small thread or micro-dot, the size is within ±5% error, squeezed and wrinkled during transportation are normal which are not considered as a fault.

※Please note! SPUTNIK reserves the right to final interpretation of faults of items.

➌    Make sure the return items is in complete and good condition with all attachment

which would not affect secondary offering(original tag, warranty card, no stains, no laundered, no modification);

You must return the items with complete packaging if there is special packaging such as

zipper bag, carton…etc. If there is any damage or loss, the parcels will not be available to return.

Please pay attention to avoid affecting your right to return.

  1. Combination of discounted items: if the number of discounted items did not reach after the return, the reserved items will be restored to the original price.

  2. If the return does not reach the threshold of discount and gift at that time, the discount and gift must also be recovered and returned.

  3. If the return does not reach the free standard shipping or the current event, shipping cost for the order must be deducted from the amount of the returned items.

➍    Inspection on returned items will be carried out once we receive them.

Customers will be notified of the return/refund status after the inspection is completed.

If your return or exchange request is not approved, we will send you back the parcels by cash on delivery. ( fee of cash on delivery NT. 90 )

If it is failing to contact, the items will only keep for 30 days (from the day on which requested for return or exchange).

It will be become invalid when it is expired
Please note that the gift voucher cannot be returned after used.

Return/Refund Procedure

➊     Please login and inform the items which you are willing to return or exchange.

And attach the "name of the recipient" , "photo of the items" and the reason for the return with your delivery address and contact number.
